Intro

Sarah has been a Licensed Massage Therapist from Healing Hands Holistic Health Center since 2019 and has learned expertise from a few of the top massage therapists in the industry today! She loves to help release restrictions on the muscles and fascia, while also mobilizing and opening up the body through Table Thai stretching. She will address all the bounded up knots and areas of pain and tension, but her main anchor in her sessions, is to work with the nervous system throughout. This allows the muscles to let go and the nervous system to shift to a calmer state, allowing for the body to have a profound release working alongside your body’s natural rhythm. The main modalities she utilizes in her sessions range from Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Table Thai stretching, Therapeutic Massage, Cupping and she also is a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner. Outside of massage, her choice of solace can be found in nature, the arts, writing and making good food!
